Try Chicken Parm Ziti casserole with Pilgrim’s Popcorn Chicken! Just add cooked pasta and sauce to a casserole dish, layer with air-fried Popcorn Chicken, more sauce, cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F. Too easy and delicious not to try!

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Pilgrim’s Popcorn Chicken
  • 12 oz box ziti
  • 32 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 325°F.
  2. Cook ziti according to package directions.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place frozen chicken pieces in a basket in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes to cook to an internal temp of 165°F.
  4. Spread layer of marinara sauce to the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. Add layer of cooked ziti and Popcorn Chicken.
  6. Spread additional layer of marinara sauce, then another layer of cooked ziti, Popcorn Chicken and shredded mozzarella.
  7. Place dish in preheated oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Servings: 4-6 ~ Prep: 20 mins ~ Cook: 30 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Pilgrim’s Chicken Bites
  • 6 oz frozen peas, defrosted
  • 6 oz frozen carrots, defrosted
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 5 oz. of Milk or Water to thin soup
  • 1 16 oz tin Buttermilk Biscuits

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven 325°F.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place frozen chicken pieces in a basket in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes to cook to an internal temp of 165°F.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the soup by placing 2 cans in a sauce pan and add milk or water to thin, cook to combine and set aside.
  4. When chicken is cooked place at the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. Layer defrosted peas and carrots on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover with soup mixture.
  7. Layer biscuits on the top and place in preheated over for 30 minutes uncovered.
  8. Once biscuits are browned, serve and enjoy!
