Pilgrim’s Loaded Chicken Nugget Poutine

 12 Pilgrim's Chicken Breast Nuggets
 20 Tater tots, frozen
 ½ cup Brown gravy
 ¼ cup Shredded mozzarella cheese, part-skim
 2 tbsp Bacon bits
 2 tbsp Scallion, thinly sliced

Place Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Nuggets on a baking sheet, uncovered and place in oven.

Cook 20 - 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F. Remove from oven and set aside.

Prepare frozen tater tots following packaging instructions. Remove from oven and set aside.

Combine in a medium-large bowl, Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Nuggets and tater tots.

Place chicken and tater tot mixture in an oven safe dish and top with brown gravy, mozzarella and bacon bits.

Place in 375 °F oven and bake 10 – 12 min until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from oven and garnish with thinly sliced scallions.
