Place Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Strips, on a baking sheet, uncovered and place in oven.
Cook 20 -25 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F. Remove from oven and set aside.
Working in batches of 3 – 4, lay out ham flat and place a piece of Swiss cheese on top.
Place 1 ea. Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Strip at the end of the stack of ham and cheese and roll. Each chicken strip should be wrapped in ham and cheese.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 425°F for 5 – 10 minutes unitl cheese is completely melted and ham begins to crisp on edges.
Combine in a medium bowl while chicken is cooking, mustard, honey, mayonnaise and vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
Remove chicken strips from oven and drizzle with honey mustard sauce.
