Place Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Bites, on a baking sheet. Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until product reaches 165˚ F., remove from oven and set aside.
Combine canola oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, honey, and sesame oil and sesame seeds in a medium bowl, stir until combined and set aside.
Place a medium-large sauté pan over medium-low heat. Add Sriracha honey mixture to pan.
Cook Sriracha honey mixture for 30 – 60 seconds.
Add Pilgrim’s Chicken Breast Bites to pan and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
Gently toss until chicken is fully coated.
Garnish with fresh chopped green onion. Serve with white or brown rice.
