Place Pilgrim’s Popcorn Chicken, on a baking sheet, uncovered and place in oven.
Cook 8 – 12 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 F.
Combine in a medium bowl, honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, red pepper flake and green onion. Mix until combined and set aside.
Place a medium-large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add canola oil and let heat for 30 sec.
Add garlic and ginger, reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 2-3 minutes until aromatic.
Add honey soy sauce mixture to pan with Pilgrim’s Popcorn Chicken.
Gently toss until chicken is fully coated with sauce. Serve with white or brown rice.
